El Consejero(a) Bilingüe de Salud Mental y Coordinador(a) Clínico(a) del Programa será responsable de liderar las actividades clínicas diarias del programa Semillas de Salud Mental. Usted capacitará y supervisará a estudiantes en prácticas clínicas, proveera servicios clínicos directos a adultos mayores que hablan español y coordinará con agencias anfitrionas locales para garantizar una implementación exitosa del programa.
Responsabilidades Principales
• Capacitar y supervisar de 1 a 4 estudiantes en prácticas clínicas (nivel pregrado o posgrado en trabajo social, consejería o psicología) por semestre
• Proveer supervisión remota y co-facilitar ocasionalmente los grupos de apoyo en español/bilingües para jóvenes, adultos y adultos mayores en los sitios del área de Lancaster (presencial; se pueden añadir grupos en línea)
• Proveer supervisión clínica de 1 a 4 estudiantes avanzados de posgrado por semestre, ofreciendo consejería individual semanal a hasta cinco clientes que hablan español
• Supervisar el apoyo de el manejo de casos ofrecido por los estudiantes en prácticas (referencias y conexión con servicios comunitarios)
• Mantener relaciones sólidas con los estudiantes, universidades asociadas y sitios comunitarios anfitriones
• Proveer de 4 a 5 horas semanales de consejería individual en español a adultos mayores latinos (con posibilidad de aumentar horas si se desea)
• Asegurar documentación clínica precisa y a tiempo (formularios de ingreso, consentimientos, notas de sesiones, etc.)
• Presentar hasta 6 presentaciones anuales en español sobre salud mental (presenciales o vía seminario web)
Requisitos
Obligatorios:
• Bilingüe en español e inglés. Fluido en el español.
• Título de maestría en Trabajo Social o Consejería, (L)MFT, o doctorado (PhD/PsyD) en Psicología
• Estar trabajando activamente para obtener la licencia clínica o estar listo para comenzarla (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
• Experiencia en consejería de salud mental
• Ser elegible para practicar y facturar servicios de salud mental en EE.UU. (de forma independiente o bajo supervisión). WRI registrara su registro en los paneles de seguros.
• Capacidad para trabajar presencialmente en Lancaster, PA
Preferidos:
• Licencia clínica activa (LCSW, LPC, LMFT o psicólogo(a) licenciado(a), PsyD)
• Experiencia supervisando o asesorando a estudiantes, personal o practicantes
• Experiencia liderando o participando en sesiones de consejería grupal o grupos de apoyo

The Bilingual Mental Health Counselor & Clinical Program Coordinator will lead day-to-day clinical activities of the MH SEEDs program. You will train and supervise clinical practicum students, provide direct clinical services to Spanish-speaking older adults, and coordinate with local host agencies to ensure successful program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
· Train and supervise 1–4 clinical practicum students (graduate/undergraduate in social work, counseling, or psychology) per semester
· Provide remote supervision and occasional co-facilitation of Spanish/bilingual support groups for youth, adults, and older adults at Lancaster-area sites (in-person; online groups may be added)
· Provide clinical supervision to 1–4 advanced graduate students per semester offering weekly individual counseling to up to five Spanish-speaking clients
· Oversee case management support provided by clinical practicum students (referrals and connecting clients with community services)
· Maintain strong relationships with practicum students, university partners, and community host sites
· Provide 4–5 hours/week of direct individual counseling in Spanish to older Latino adults (with potential to increase hours if desired).
· Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation (intakes, consent forms, session notes, etc.)
· Deliver up to 6 Spanish-language mental health presentations per year (in-person or via webinar).
Required:
· Bilingual in Spanish and English. Fluent in Spanish.
· Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, (L)MFT, or PhD/PsyD in Psychology
· Actively working toward or prepared to begin clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
· Experience in mental health counseling
· Eligible to practice and bill for mental health services in the U.S. (independently or under supervision). WRI will register you with insurance panels.
· Able to work on-site in Lancaster, PA
Preferred:
· Active clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist, PsyD)
· Experience supervising or mentoring students, staff or trainees
· Experience leading or participating in group counseling or support groups
